DRC supported the defense team in a lawsuit filed by 13 states and the District of Columbia that sought to block the merger of two of the nation’s largest mobile carriers on antitrust grounds. After a two-week bench trial, the United States District Court denied the requested injunction, clearing the way for the $26.5 billion merger. DRC assisted with trial strategy, a focus group, witness preparation, demonstrative aids, and technical support during the trial, playing a pivotal role in achieving this victory for our clients.
