DRC supported the defense team in a complex financial services dispute centered on allegations of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and negligence in the management of a collateralized debt obligation. After a three-and-a-half-week virtual bench trial conducted via Zoom, the court ruled in favor of the defense on all counts.
