DRC Congratulates Client Black Srebnick on Complete Defense Victory in Court

DRC congratulates Roy Black, Lance Shinder, Jackie Perczek, Kyle A. Johnson, Jared Lopez and the entire Black Srebnick team for their victory against the sexual misconduct allegations brought against their client, E. Llwyd Ecclestone, Jr. by the plaintiffs in Wendy Walker Mendelsohn and Joshua Mendelsohn v. E. Llwyd Ecclestone, Jr..
Following a seven-year-long battle in the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, the Black Srebnick team successfully demonstrated that their client, E. Llwyd Ecclestone, Jr., had been falsely accused of sexual misconduct. Black Srebnick’s exhaustive and thorough litigation led the court to ultimately conclude that the plaintiffs had engaged in deceitful practices and misrepresentations,resulting in the complete dismissal of the case. In a statement to the Palm Beach Post, Lance Shinder, reflected on the recent legal victory, saying, "We faced a lot of hurdles, a lot of challenges, but we never gave up fighting for our client. Truthful administration of justice prevailed."
