June 12, 2025

DRC is pleased to announce that Managing Director Renato Stabile, Esq., has been promoted to President. In this role, Renato will lead the company’s daily operations and its team of 70+ professionals specializing in areas including trial strategy, jury research, and graphic design.

“Renato’s leadership and commitment have enabled countless DRC clients to win at trial,” said DRC Founder, Josh Dubin, Esq. “Litigators and corporations trust his exceptional judgment and deep understanding of what actually persuades decision-makers. Renato has continually provided pivotal insights in must-win cases where every advantage matters. He exemplifies the excellence DRC is committed to delivering in every engagement, and we’re excited to have him leading us into our next chapter of growth.”

An experienced trial lawyer with decades of courtroom experience, Renato is equally sought after by lawyers and companies, who hire him to present their cases to mock juries and facilitate post-deliberation mock juror discussions that inform his clients’ strategic litigation decisions in the country’s highest-profile cases. He also guides DRC’s analysis of focus group deliberations and develops evidence-based recommendations and demonstrative aids. Before and during trial, Renato often works on-site with clients, preparing key witnesses, refining trial themes and demonstratives, and drafting opening and closing arguments.

“It’s an honor and a privilege to partner with lawyers and companies facing their fiercest courtroom battles and give them objective, data-driven assessments of the strengths and weaknesses of their cases, so they can make the best possible decisions,” said Renato. “When victory is the only acceptable outcome, our clients view us as their trial strategy firm of choice. I’m humbled by the trust they place in us and am committed to leading DRC’s continuing exceptional service delivery.”
