Meta Platforms, Inc., No. CGC-23-604370 (Cal. Super. Ct., San Francisco County), before the Honorable Samuel K. Feng. The plaintiff, a former Meta product manager, seeking $32 million in economic damages and $500 million in punitive damages, alleged discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination in violation of California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). Following a trial that ran from March 23, 2026 to July 14, 2026, the jury returned a verdict fully in favor of Meta Platforms on all claims.
