Nina Alameno is a Senior Research Analyst at DRC. Nina performs qualitative and quantitative data analyses for civil and criminal cases, drafting analysis reports and constructing DRC’s deselection profiles. She helps manage the preparation and facilitation of focus groups, including developing questionnaires and conducting critical research. Nina assists with all aspects of jury selection in and outside of the courtroom.

She earned her B.A. in Political Science at Lehigh University, graduating as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. While at Lehigh, Nina worked as a Democracy Fellow for Campus Vote Project under the Fair Elections Center. Throughout her undergraduate career, she interned for a local law firm, working on both civil cases and municipal ordinances. She also co-founded and led a student-run organization under the Office of Multicultural Affairs at Lehigh, which educates and administers peer-to-peer facilitation with students to spread awareness about racial diversity and inclusion.
