As a Senior Research Analyst at DRC, Courtney McGinness supports various aspects of jury selection, conducts both qualitative and quantitative data analyses for civil and criminal cases, and helps manage the preparation and facilitation of focus groups. Courtney brings a strong interdisciplinary background and analytical skillset to each project, contributing to the development of strategic insights for clients.

Courtney earned an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from George Washington University, a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Wake Forest University.
