As a Director of Litigation Strategy at DRC, Bruce Corey, Esq. is dedicated to providing clients with strategic insights and creative solutions that enhance their litigation outcomes. His unique value lies in his ability to pair extensive trial experience with advanced data analytics to craft the most compelling story for each case. During his 8 years at DRC, hundreds of clients have depended on Bruce to deliver winning trial themes, rigorous preparation of fact and expert witnesses, critical insights during jury deselection, and persuasive demonstrative aids.

Before joining DRC, Bruce worked as a litigator for a major international law firm and clerked for a United States District Judge in Brooklyn. His trial experience includes the civil rights class action Floyd v. City of New York (S.D.N.Y. 2013) (the “stop-and-frisk” case), in which his direct and cross examinations were pivotal to the landmark result, and SCS v. Commerzbank (S.D.N.Y. 2017), in which his team successfully defended a global bank against claims of breach of contract and theft of trade secrets. He also has significant experience handling investigations conducted by various government agencies, including the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, U.S. Attorney’s Offices, and the New York Fed, among others.

Bruce received his J.D. from George Washington University (2010), where he graduated with High Honors and was a member of the Law Review.
