Ben joined DRC after working as a litigation associate at a large international law firm for over five years. He has represented individuals and companies in state and federal commercial litigation, as well as in financial and environmental regulatory investigations, bankruptcy, and intellectual property matters. His previous pro bono work focused on using litigation to increase government transparency and accountability. Ben received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and has a Masters in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
